Close-coupled industrial pump

Watson-Marlow 521VI/RELC, 521I/RELC, 521F/RELC, 521FX/RELC: 0 bar to 2 bar IP55 pumps fitted with LoadSure® low-pressure element pumpheads.

521 close-coupled pumps offer IP55 ingress protection for industrial environments. They offer rugged, industrial pumping, with all the pumphead features of cased drives, but at the lowest whole-life cost.

520REL low-pressure LoadSure element pumphead features large swept volume with sprung rollers for high accuracy
Chemically-resistant polyphenylene sulphide track and rotor, and stainless steel rollers and bearings
Low rotational speeds significantly increase tube life and system reliability
Clutched rotor for rapid, effortless tube loading
Rugged, tool-unlockable guard

Drives

521VI integral inverter close-coupled drives bring variable speed control, constant torque output and total reliability to the industrial environment. The drive offers 400 V three-phase, plus 110 V and 230 V single-phase power options.

Integral inverter offering three speed ranges: 6 rpm to 60 rpm, 21 rpm to 215 rpm and 29 rpm to 291 rpm
Integral inverter control: Local/forward/stop/reverse control and remote, analogue and digital options.

521F fixed speed drives are 400 V three-phase powered

There is a choice of speeds: 60 rpm, 213 rpm and 291 rpm
Flow rates from 2.5 ml/min to 4,600 ml/min

521FX duplex fixed speed drives have twin pumpheads allowing two-channel pumping.

There is a choice of speeds: 55 rpm and 183 rpm
Twin 520 pumpheads for balanced flow in two channels

521I inverter-controlled, variable speed drives include a stand-alone inverter to control pump speed.

Inverter can be mounted beside the pump or remotely

Pumpheads

520REL LoadSure low-pressure pumphead

520REL LoadSure tube element pumphead offers up to 2 bar (30 psi) pressure and flow rates up to 3,500 ml/min.

Low-pressure elements are available in Marprene TL, Bioprene TL, Pumpsil, GORE STA-PURE PCS and GORE STA-PURE PFL with quick-release industrial or sanitary connectors.

520REM LoadSure medium-pressure pumphead

520REM LoadSure element pumphead offers up to 4 bar (60 psi) pressure and flow rates up to 1,500 ml/min.

Medium-pressure elements are available in Marprene TM, Bioprene TM, GORE STA-PURE PCS and GORE STA-PURE PFL with quick-release industrial or sanitary connectors.

520REH LoadSure high-pressure pumphead

520REH LoadSure element pumphead offers up to 7 bar (100 psi) pressure and flow rates up to 1,500 ml/min.

High-pressure elements are available in Marprene TH, Bioprene TH, and GORE STA-PURE PCS with quick-release industrial or sanitary connectors

520R2 continuous tubing pumphead

The 520R2 pumphead is designed for continuous tubing with a wall thickness of 2.4 mm. It offers up to 2 bar (30 psi) pressure and flow rates from 0.25 ml/min to 4,660 ml/min.

2.4 mm wall tubing is available in five alternative materials for almost any chemical requirement, in tube sizes ranging from 0.5 mm up to 9.6 mm internal diameter.

520R continuous tubing pumphead

The 520R pumphead is designed for continuous tubing with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm. It offers up to 2 bar (30 psi) pressure and flow rates from 0.25 ml/min to 3,000 ml/min.

1.6 mm wall tubing is available in eight alternative materials for almost any chemical requirement, in tube sizes ranging from 0.5 mm up to 8.0 mm internal diameter.

501RLCA ATEX continuous tubing pumphead

The 501RLCA is designed for continuous tubing with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm.

The 501RLCA pumphead is intended for use in areas which explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapours or mists are likely to occur occasionally. ATEX rating for the pumphead 11 2G Exh IIB T4 G6 X.

The 501RL2CA is designed for continuous tubing with a wall thickness of 2.4 mm.
